Returns and Refunds

Once the purchase has been received, we hope that it meets your expectations, if for any reason this does not convince you, you can return it. The Purchaser has the right, within 14 (fourteen) working days from delivery of the purchased products, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal in the manner guaranteed by law, consisting in the right to return the products received and to obtain a refund of the price paid. The total integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the Right of Withdrawal. All items must be received in the same conditions of receipt, with intact labels, packaging and warranty seals. The items must not in any way show signs of alterations, wear or use.

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary : communicate it to the email address  artcavedesign@gmail.com indicating the order number, the date of purchase and the invoice number marked in the warranty booklet present in the package, and inserting as subject of the email: Return, Name and Surname; Download and fill in the withdrawal form at the bottom of the page, making sure to fill in all the mandatory fields and insert it in the shipping package; Once we have received the acknowledgment response from our customer care department, the customer must promptly ship to the address on the withdrawal form to download. ATTENTION: Transport costs and responsibility for the goods during shipment, as required by law, are charged to the customer.

It is therefore advisable to insure the products with the chosen courier, taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible placing them in an external box, avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tapes, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact in the original packaging complete with all its parts and accessories. In the event of transport damage occurring during the return, ARTCAVE will notify the same to the customer within 5 (five) working days of receipt of the goods, allowing him to file a complaint with the courier used for transport. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the request for withdrawal will be canceled at the same time. Once the condition of the product has been verified by the Quality Department, ARTCAVE will refund the full amount within 14 (fourteen) working days of the goods, by credit card transfer procedure, PayPal or bank transfer to the current account indicated by the customer. If you receive damaged products, CONTACT customer service immediately at the following address artcavedesign@gmail.com sending the photos certifying the damage.
