Repairs and Warranties
All creations are handcrafted and worked individually. Rigid quality control is carried out at each delivery to guarantee the best possible result. email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, the invoice number and the date of purchase in the warranty booklet, forwarding the photos that prove the anomalies and entering as subject: Repair, Name and Surname. It will be communicated to customer the address to which to send. The shipment can be made either by express courier or by postal service. The cost of the shipment will be borne by ARTCAVE, only if the product with anomalies falls within the warranty period. ARTCAVE declines any kind of responsibility in case of theft or loss of the goods during the return phase.
Guarantee ARTCAVE certifies that the guarantee of its Creations is valid for two years starting from the date of purchase. Defects or damage caused by misuse, as well as loss and theft are excluded. For misuse also includes modifications or replacements made with non-original parts and accessories. Regular wear and tear deriving from use of the item over time is also excluded from the guarantee, compatibly with the intrinsic qualities of the metals, workmanship and typical use of the object. Any work carried out by third parties renders the guarantee invalid. The guarantee is valid only if presented the order number, the invoice number and the date of purchase certified by the company stamp present on the guarantee booklet received at the time of delivery.
